BATISOLID CMB42 is an innovative single-component preparation made with a mixture of natural components. It can be used to carry out BATISTEADO with natural soil or recycled and crushed soil, in both cases from the construction site, to produce eco-sustainable BATISTEN pavements.

Our patented product, BATISOLID CMB42, is specially designed to carry out BATISTEADO with soil from the construction site, whether natural or crushed recycled, to produce BATISTEN pavements. BATISTEADO can be done by stabilising under the PG3 standard criteria or kneading under the H15 standard criteria.

APPLICATION MODE

BATISOLID CMB42 allows paving preparation on compacted earth using single-component powder stabilizing systems, which can be prepared under PG3 stabilization criteria or mixed under H15 criteria.

BATISOLID CMB42 is used by mixing it dry with soil from the existing natural or recycled soil in the same work area. Depending on the soil composition at the site, a granular quarry mixture with a granulometric curve is added. It is predetermined, according to the determined technical specifications, and finally, the water is added.

  • BATISTEN supports two production techniques: based on soil stabilization and compaction processes or based on kneading and spreading processes without compaction.
  • A technical analysis of the terrain in situ is essential to evaluating its composition and homogeneity.
